FAQ’s

If you order before midday, Monday – Friday we aim for your order to be shipped out the same day. In most cases your package will arrive in 1 – 2 business days. 

After your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking information.

If your order has not been processed yet please email us at sales@5thkingdom.co.uk and we will do our best to change it for you. If your order has been processed i’m afraid the address can no longer be changed.

We can accept returns on items purchased within 30 days. We can only accept returns on unused items that are returned in the same condition they were sent. Once the return has been received and inspected you will receive an email regarding the approval status of the return. Successful returns will be refunded by the original method of payent.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Miron glass has been proven to provide the best protection from UV rays and general degradation. We want our mushrooms to remain as fresh as possible for our customers.

Instructions are provided on the packaging of the individual products. For mushroom powders take 1 – 2 g daily. This can be mixed into food or a beverage at your discretion.

We do not sell shroom spores as it would interfere with our payment processor but you can purchase spore syringes here.
