Blue Oyster liquid mycelium prepared from pure mushroom culture. Cultures are made using the finest quality malt and yeast extracts. Liquid mycelium made using pure mushroom cultures is much more effective than liquid cultures made using spores. Colonisation is more even, faster and much more reliable. The consequent grain spawn is 20% more bio-active than grain spawn made using traditional agar wedge techniques.

The blue oyster mushroom is one of the most common of the oyster mushrooms used in cuisine world wide. Not only is the blue oyster mushroom delicious, but it’s one of the easier varieties of oyster mushrooms to grow.
