I submitted my order for 3 items. 1 of the items was not available. I was immediately contacted with an apology as they were not aware how I could have ordered an out of stock item. They asked if I would accept a partial delivery of the stocked items and an immediate full refund for the unstocked items. I agreed and delivery was prompt. Items arrived in glass jars, not plastic, and as planned.
